“If you want the best seat in the house…….move the bulldog”
After losing my first boxer (the love of my life) Cooper Andrew to brain cancer I felt the need to do more to help out those dogs who needed a second chance. I started in Boxer rescue to find not many boxers are surrendered.
My parents who have had bulldogs wanted to get another one and I searched and found Cascade Bulldog Rescue where my parents adopted “Frankie” who is a dream boat. I then offered my services to foster bulldogs for Cascade Bulldog, which has been the greatest experience.
I got a call last July to go get my first bulldog foster from a shelter and she was an absolute mess. I named her Lou-Lou, she was emaciated, had no hair from the waist down from sitting in a kennel with her own urine and feces and her nail quick’s were also infected from this, her eyes and ears were severely infected, her teeth were rotten, and she also had a skin infection. But she gave me kisses and wagged her nub and my heart sank. It took 5 months for her to get healthy enough to be spayed and I decided to keep her for my very own bullie girl. She is estimated between the ages of 5-6 and was used as a breeding machine.
I continue to foster all the bullies I can, they are the greatest fur kids I could ask for. On the right are some of the dogs that I own or have fostered.
Thank you
Kodie

Kodie, you are the most giving and hard working person I've ever had the pleasure to meet and work with. Thank you for everything you have done for so many bullies in need of love and rescue and thank you for just being a friend to me. Carrie
